Beecaro Africa Return Policy
Effective Date: 30th April 2025

Beecaro Africa is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Beecaro Bluetooth speaker, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns
   Returns are accepted if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Period
   Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in the case of valid warranty claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items
   We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

• Items not in their original packaging.

• Items without proof of purchase.

• Clearance or final sale items.

4. Return Procedure
   To request a return:

• Contact us at returns@beecaro.africa with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos.

• Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with further instructions.

5. Return Shipping
   If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), Beecaro Africa will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refunds
   Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your refund is complete.

7. Replacements
   If you received a defective or incorrect item, you may request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of return approval.

8. Warranty Claims
   All Beecaro Bluetooth speakers come with a limited warranty. After the 7-day return window, warranty claims should be directed to support@beecaro.africa.com

Beecaro Africa reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
